Plenty of interest for Georgia OL

Sandersville (Ga.) Washington County offensive guard Shaquan Hicks just completed a big senior season and has multiple options with regards to playing college football, according to his head coach.
"He swept all of the awards that you could get," Washington County head coach Joel Ingram said. "He was All-State, All-Middle Georgia and played in the Georgia North-South All-Star game and did well."

Things have heated up on the recruiting front for the 6-foot-2, 324-pounder.
"He has a full scholarship from Middle Tennessee State and is going to visit Oklahoma State officially on (the weekend of) Jan. 26," Ingram said. "Louisville called yesterday. They didn't say anything concrete about an official visit, but were inquiring about possible dates for one."
Ingram said that Hicks is on track to qualify academically, but in case he doesn't make it, Georgia Military Junior College has offered him a full scholarship.
Hicks is a two-star rated prospect by Rivals.com.
