Playoffs on Salleys mind

Nate Salley has the playoffs on his mind - which is why recruiting has become an afterthought.
"I'd like to set up more trips," Salley, who is 6-foot-3 and 185 pounds, said. "But we're already in the third round, and we hope to be playing for the state title. So, it's kind of hard to set up trips around that."

Salley already visited Michigan State back on Nov. 2. He lists the Spartans, Miami and North Carolina as his top three teams.
After that, he said, it's up in the air between N.C. State, Ohio State and Iowa.
"It's really tough for me," Salley said. "As soon as we're done with football here, I have to jump into the basketball season. I'll be going from one thing to another. I'll have to make the visits work in that schedule somehow."
Not many people know this, but Salley said most of the teams recruiting him are also talking to him about playing basketball too in college.
"I'd like to do both," he said. "All of the schools are open to it, but football is still the top priority."
