Pittsburgh OG names two favorites

Pittsburgh (Pa.) Perry Traditional Academy offensive guard Cameron Holland is favoring two schools early in the recruiting process. Who does the 6-foot-2, 280-pounder have leading and why?
"So far I'd say Kentucky and Pittsburgh are my favorites," he said. "Both of those schools are very good programs that have solid academics including a pharmacy program. That is what I really want to pursue in college. I obviously like Kentucky a lot since they are the only school that has offered. Meanwhile, I would say I did grow up a fan of Pittsburgh. I dreamed of playing there and it is a nice school that is close to home."

Though he only has the one offer from Kentucky, Holland believes other schools could offer soon.
"I think Maryland, Miami (Ohio), Pittsburgh and Bowling Green are close," he said. "Basically all of those schools have coaches that are extremely interested in me and the only thing that appears to be holding them back is the fact they either haven't seen me in person or haven't seen my film."
Earlier this month, the Keystone State prospect attended the Metro Index Combine at Pittsburgh.
"It was fun and a tough day," he said. "In the 40, I ran a 4.95 and I was very happy with that. Since they have no contact, I ran some other agility drills. I felt like I showed the coaches there that I'm fast and very strong for a guy my size."
Holland earned first team all-city and all-AAA last season.
