Pitts has two favorites
Hubbard, Ohio, tight end and defensive end Cody Pitts has a number of Ohio schools on his visit list. But he also is very interested in a school outside the state borders.
"I like Akron, Toledo, and I talked to Bowling Green," Pitts said. "That's the three that have come to my school."

Pitts has or will visit all three of the schools he mentioned.
"I visited Akron for a junior day," he said. "I went to Toledo for a workout. I'll probably go to Akron's camp. And I'll probably go to Bowling Green's camp."
However there is another school Pitts would love to hear from.
"I'd probably say Michigan State is my favorite," he said. "But I haven't heard from them.
"Akron is my favorite of the other three. I just like it there."
There is also a reason Pitts likes Michigan State so much. Father Al Pitts played for the Spartans.
The 6-foot-3 and 240-pound Cody Pitts caught 20 passes and scored once during his junior season. He also made 36 solo tackles and had 12 assists. Pitts registered seven sacks and had six other tackles for losses.
