Pitt will get commit this weekend

Imperial (Pa.) West Allegheny offensive lineman CJ Davis will go to Pittsburgh on a mission this weekend.
"Pitt has offered and I'm going to commit this weekend," said the 6-foot-3, 305-pound prospect. "They are close to home and they are going to be a power in the Big East. Everything about Pitt is good."

Everything is good including a new addition to the Panther coaching staff. Paul Dunn, who was recruiting Davis for Kentucky, is now on the new Pitt staff as offensive line coach.
"Coach Dunn is someone I really, really like and I feel like he likes me and knows what I can do," Davis said. "I grew up a big Kentucky fan, but since I've been up here I've kind of gone over to Pittsburgh. Now my family can see me play right here. With coach Dunn there everything felt right."
Davis will pick Pittsburgh over Kentucky, Boston College, Akron and Bowling Green.
The two-star athlete has played offensive guard, center and defensive tackle in high school. He said Pitt coaches haven't talked a great deal about playing time.
"I'll get there and work hard and that will fall into place." Davis said.
Any more visits after Pitt this weekend?
"No, I wanted to go to Pittsburgh they offered and I'm going there," Davis said. "They are putting together a great recruiting class. We are going to do some things in the future."
