Position: Defensive back
Size and speed: Walker is 5-foot-9 and 175 pounds. He has been timed in the 40-yard dash at 4.49 seconds.
Statistics: Walker, playing quarterback, passed for 1801 yards and rushed for 838 during his junior season. He also played a little cornerback and safety and has a 3.0 GPA.
Honors: All-county and second team all-Ohio.
Favorite Schools: Committed to Pitt
Skinny: Walker is one of the top 25 overall prospects in the state of Ohio. He will likely play cornerback for Pitt.
"Steve committed to Pitt," Buchtel head coach Claude Brown said. "He'll probably be a cornerback there."
"Minnesota and Miami of Ohio also offered. And a lot of other schools were recruiting him."
