Two of the top prospects in not only the state of Ohio, but the entire Midwest, are set to announce their decisions.
"I'm going to announce a decision on Wednesday evening," four star linebacker Bobby Carpenter said. "I'm having a press conference in my high school cafeteria around 6:20."
"I haven't eliminated any of the four schools yet," said the 6-foot-3 and 235 pounder from Lancaster (Ohio.)
"(Ohio State assistant) Coach Dantonio was at my school on Friday. That was the last one. Nobody else is going to be coming out now. We told them all to stop."
Carpenter has made official visits to Ohio State, Northwestern, Michigan State, and North Carolina. All four schools have offered a scholarship.
As for defensive tackle Quinn Pitcock, the 6-foot-4 and 285 pounder from Piqua (Ohio) has made official visits to Ohio State, Penn State, and Notre Dame. Pitcock's father said this morning that he expects his son to announce a decision sometime on Monday.
We will have more on Pitcock later today.
