Pirates in good shape with Florida RB

The Pirates have made quite an impression on McGee during the recruiting process.
"Indiana and East Carolina are the two I am interested in," he said. "ECU, they have been talking to me for a long time. If they offered, I would like to go there."
On April 22, McGee attended the Tallahassee NIKE Camp on the campus of Florida State University. He enjoyed his experience there.
"There was a lot of intensity," he said. "There were people working hard and a lot of talent out there. I matched up well with everybody else. My intensity was at their level."
He also came away with something in terms of learning the game.
"The coaches taught me something different," he said. "They taught me different things about carrying the ball and things like that."
McGee led Florida Class 2B, District 3 with 729 yards and 16 touchdowns during his junior season. He also led the district in scoring with 96 total points. He rushed for 113 yards during a win over Jefferson County.
