Pierre Rembert Makes A Commitment

"I called coach Carr and committed to Michigan earlier today," Pierre Rembert said moments ago. "He was real excited. He said we'll start to plan my official visit now, but I don't know when it will be yet. I just felt like Michigan is one of the best football programs. And they go to a bowl game every year. Northwestern was my second choice."

Rembert (6'1 200), from Cudahy (WI), went to camps earlier this summer at Michigan, Iowa, and Wisconsin. He also visited Northwestern. All four schools offered a scholarship. Rembert ran for over 1500 yards last season, averaged eight yards a carry, and scored 22 times. For his career he has gained close to 3500 yards.
