Pickett taking another Pac-12 trip

Adarius Pickett was the best cornerback at the Rivals Camp Series by Under Armour in Los Angeles.
He knocked down passes. He stayed right with wide receivers. He did everything possible to get more exposure.

That has not kicked in yet except for some new interest from Texas Tech but the El Cerrito, Calif., four-star cornerback is staying positive as his recruitment continues.
"There's nothing new right now," Pickett said. "I'm getting a little interest from Texas Tech but that's about it. I'm still with the six offers."
So far, the 5-foot-11, 176-pound prospect has been offered by Arizona State, Cal, Nevada, UCLA, Utah and Washington State.
There is also a bunch of interest coming in but no new offers for Pickett, rated as the No. 189 prospect in the 2014 class by Rivals.com.
This weekend the four-star from El Cerrito is planning to take another visit to Cal for its spring game.
Pickett, who won the defense MVP at the recent Rivals Camp, has already been to Berkeley a few times and is getting much more familiar with the new Golden Bears' coaching staff.
He said especially nice things about first-year coach Sonny Dykes and new defensive backs coach Randy Stewart.
"They're a really good staff," Pickett said.
"As far as the DBs coach, coach Stewart, he's a really good coach and he's impressive. He's a really active guy. Coach Dykes is really family-oriented. He knows what he's doing and he's looking really good right now."
