Mesquite (Texas) North cornerback Tarell Brown has been fielding phone calls at a rapid race since the May recruiting period opened.
"It has been real busy," the 5-foot-11, 178-pound Brown said. "It seems like the phone never quits ringing at night."
With the ever growing list of schools calling to offer scholarships, Brown gave his best shot to recall them.

"I'll try my best. Missouri and Texas were the most recent two to offer. Before that I had offers from Oklahoma State, Colorado, Notre Dame, Michigan State, LSU, Texas A&M, Florida, UCLA and Arizona State."
While the school list continues to grow, Brown knows he'll have to pare the list down some, but he isn't ready for that yet.
"I don't really have a favorite list among those right now," Brown said. "I know I have to cut it down at some point, but I just want to learn as much as I can before making the decision."
Helping him with his decision will be the summer camp tour where he can learn more about some of the schools.
"I'm going to go to Texas, Texas A&M and Florida's camps. I'll learn more about them while I'm there and that will help me some in this process."
