Phipps favors Colorado
"I've been to camps at USC and Arizona State," linebacker Ryan Phipps said. "I'm not planning anymore right now."
"I'm looking at Colorado. They offered. I like them a lot."

"And I'm looking at Notre Dame, Oregon, and San Diego State. San Diego State and Hawaii have also offered me."
The 6-foot-0 and 210 pounder from Corona (Calif.) Centennial made 180 tackles including three sacks during his junior season. Phipps also picked off two passes. He has a 3.7 GPA and scored an 850 on the SAT.
