Peyton signs with Bulls
Three-star Dade City (Fla.) Pasco wide receiver John Peyton is staying close to home for his college career.
“He signed with South Florida in a press conference this morning,” said an official in the school’s office staff.

Peyton (6-5, 195, 4.45) was originally committed to Pittsburgh late this summer, but re-opened the recruiting process citing a wish to take all five official visits. He was also considering West Virginia, Penn State, Miami and Florida, among others.
As a senior, Peyton caught 40 passes for 1,002 yards and 13 touchdowns. He is rated the No. 58 wide receiver prospect in the nation by Rivals.com.
