Perry talks leaders, visits

With the offers rolling in very quickly, La Marque (Texas) wide receiver Jared Perry has been in counting mode just trying to keep up with his numerous options before him.
His favorite school Oklahoma State has yet to offer but UTEP, Colorado, Houston, Missouri, Colorado State, Houston, Kansas, Ole Miss, and Tulane are already currently holding scholarships for the three-star prospect. However, one offered school is right behind the Cowboys.

"Missouri is right there with them, just a little behind," Perry said. "They're the first school I'm looking at for my official visits. It's going to be in September but I just don't know the exact date yet. They've been on me since the beginning and they've got a nice quarterback."
"Plus Domonique Johnson is from La Marque and he plays there."
Nonetheless, the Cowboys even without an offer have remained in the lead for Perry. Is an offer coming?
"I need to call them and talk to them," Perry said. "I get handwritten letters from them all the time so I think once I speak with them, they'll go ahead an offer."
When and if OSU does offer, Perry is not going to just make his commitment with so many options before him.
"I'm not going to do anything until I take all of my trips," Perry said. "Then I'll decide. There is a chance I wouldn't take them all but that's just because we could have a huge season. We're going for state - well I should say we will be in state."
