The offers are sitting at five for wide receiver Jared Perry of La Marque (Texas) and things are starting to clear up.
In fact, four offers from Houston, Colorado State, Ole Miss, and UTEP have been well known. However, a Big 12 school got into the mix a little while ago and now Perry has them tied for the lead.
"Missouri offered a while back," Perry said. "Missouri and Oklahoma State are the favorites. Missouri has a coaching staff that just stays on me with letters all the time and I really like their playbook."
"Oklahoma State has a great campus and I like their playbooks too."
Now, only one of his favorites have offered. Perry feels confident that the Cowboys will be next to send one his way.
"I think they could because the coaches told me to call them but I haven't had a chance yet," Perry said.
Perry is not sure which places he will be visiting next and he is also thinking about a camp schedule that has yet to be determined. His decision will be a late one.
"Honestly, I'm thinking about Signing Day," he said. "It will either be then or close to it."
