Pennsylvania tight end likes Rutgers, Syracuse

We hadn't heard a lot about Pittsburgh (Pa.) Upper St. Clair tight end Jack Schwaba until recently but the junior prospect has burst onto the scene and is now garnering a lot of attention.
Coaches love the 6-foot-5, 235-pound prospect for his size and his versatile skill set and Rutgers, Syracuse and Toledo have verbally offered him scholarships.

His favorites probably shouldn't come as a surprise.
"Rutgers and 'Cuse are my favorites so far," Schwaba explained. "I'm still waiting to hear from other schools so there's no real favorite, though."
Schwaba has also been hearing from Illinois, West Virginia, Purdue, Northwestern, Duke and Michigan State, so there's no shortage of interest.
He will be at the State College NFTC this weekend and that's another opportunity for him to get his name out there.
Thus far Schwaba has visited Rutgers, Syracuse and West Virginia, so he doesn't just like the Orange and the Scarlet Knights because they have offered. Schwaba has had a chance to check them out.
"I loved them," he said. "Rutgers has great facilities and 'Cuse has a great coaching staff."
