Penn State offers Kiley
Jake Kiley of New Hampton (N.H.) Prep has been patient throughout his recruiting process, while attending a number of events and camps throughout the summer. Already holding an offer from New Hampshire, Kiley finally received the bigger offer he has been waiting for on Monday night.
Earlier tonight, Kiley got word that Penn State offered.

"Yeah, I'm pumped," said an excited Kiley. "Coach Kenney called my dad a couple of hours ago and gave him the good news."
Since Kiley's father was the one who spoke with Coach Kenney, and Kiley will not talk to the coaching staff until tomorrow morning, Ed Kiley shared his thoughts about the phone conversation.
"It was short and to the point," said Mr. Kiley. "They extended an offer and they were pretty excited. That was pretty much it. He's had a lot of contact with Penn State since the summer camp, and I guess the coaching staff had a meeting after they got back together after their vacations."
When the information was shared with Jake, he was understandably excited.
"We'll sit down and talk about it as a family," said Mr. Kiley. "He was excited about Penn State way back when we went to the Michigan State game."
Mr. Kiley was also very excited about his son's new offer.
"Just the feel of the community at Penn State and the academics are great," said Mr. Kiley. "As a parent it is really impressive with what they do at Penn State. It's all top notch in my opinion."
