Pendland rearranges his process

Newton, Texas all-purpose back Toddrick Pendland is having to reevaluate his recruiting process at this point. His offers were starting really pile up, but some things are starting to shake out and the 5-foot-9, 165-pound two-star is having to make other plans.
Memphis was becoming a real player for the speedy running back, but apparently Pendland says they have dropped their interest and that has shifted his focus.

"I don't talk to Memphis like I used to," Pendland said. "They had two other good running backs that they were looking at, so I'm thinking it's a possibility that they got one of those or something."
UTEP is another school that apparently has dropped in his view because of lack of interest. That has shifted his favorites.
"I'm looking at Stephen F. Austin, McNeese State, Stephen F. Austin, and Tulane now," Pendland said. "I would say McNeese State is the favorite and I want to get out there. The coaches just left from an in-home visit, so I'm really impressed by them."
Other visits that Pendland is looking at taking are to Stephen F. Austin and some others.
"I just kind of want to get out there and see some schools," he said. "I'm playing this out."
