Payne discusses plans and latest offer

Early this week Cincinnati became the latest school to verbally offer Michigan cornerback Leviticus Payne.
Payne, a 5-foot-9, 175-pound defensive back from Southfield, Mich., was thrilled to learn of the Bearcats' offer and it's a school he's very interested in getting to know more about.

"The last school I went to was Cincinnati and I got an offer from them," Payne explained. "The offer was like Sunday night after I had left the camp. I called the coach and found out.
"It's a good school. They've got good facilities, a good stadium and a pretty good program, too."
What does the future hold in store for Payne?
"I'm thinking I'm going to try to head down to Bowling Green and Saturday I'm off," he said. "Sunday I'll go to Michigan State and Monday or Tuesday I'll head down to Michigan."
Payne holds offers from Cincinnati, Iowa, Toledo and Western Michigan. Late this week he said those four schools are currently his favorites.
He won't be making a decision anytime soon, though.
"I'm going to have to take some official visits to a couple of schools at least," he noted. "I'll go to Iowa and probably Michigan and Michigan State."
