Warren (Ohio) Harding defensive end Marlin Parker has three scholarship offers, one favorite that hasn't offered, and a couple of other schools high on his list.
"As of right now I'm up to three offers," Parker said. "I have Indiana, Boston College, and Akron. I'm still looking at all three.
"But I'm also looking at Cincinnati, Ohio, and Toledo. My favorite is Penn State, but they're not recruiting me too much."
When asked who he likes best of the schools that are recruiting him, Parker said, "Out of the schools recruiting me a lot I probably like Indiana and Toledo the most. I think I could play as a freshman at both."
Parker has been to football camps at Toledo, Ohio, and Youngstown State.
"I'm also going to Cincinnati, Michigan, and West Virginia," he said.
Despite the three offers, Parker is not close to selecting a college.
"I'll probably wait till around mid-season to decide," he said. "I want to feel my options out."
The 6-foot-2 and 230-pound Parker made 70 tackles including five sacks during his junior season. He was an all-conference selection.
