Parker working on visit plans

Warren (Ohio) Harding defensive end Marlin Parker is one of the top defensive prospects in the northeast corner of the Buckeye state.
The 6-foot-1 and 230-pound Parker has been a varsity starter for Harding since his sophomore year. During his junior season he made 70 tackles including five sacks.
Parker already has a couple scholarship offers on the table.
"I'm interested in Penn State, Michigan, Indiana, Boston College, Minnesota, Virginia Tech -- basically anywhere I can further my education," Parker said. "Indiana and Boston College verbally offered."
Parker has visited a number of schools and has many more trips in the works.
"I've visited Indiana, Michigan, Cincinnati, Penn State and Pitt," Parker said. "I have a list of schools I'm going to visit in the summer. Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State, Minnesota, Pitt, Cincinnati -- most of them will be camps or senior day visits."
