Parker enjoys trip to K-State
Ankeny, Iowa kicker Jared Parker committed to Kansas State during the summer, but just took his official visit this weekend to Manhattan.
“The visit was great. Going out and hanging out with the guys was great. Meeting some of the other guys who were thinking about coming there was nice too.

“They had a lot of good players there from all over the country. Coach Snyder told me he was pretty confident we had a good weekend on recruiting. We’ll find out soon, I guess.”
Parker spent some of the day visiting with people concerning his academic field.
“I am going to major in kinesiology,” he said. “I spent some time going over some things with people about that. I also got to go on the tour of the facilities and the school.”
