Parents about to find about commitment

DeSoto, Texas, defensive tackle Cedric Cofer has made up his mind, but the deal is he wants to sit down and still tell his parents about his pick.
“I visited Arizona this weekend and fell in love with it,” Cofer, a 6-foot-4, 300-pound two-star selection, said. “I told them that I’m coming. I want to go there and my parents are pushing me to go there. I just need to sit down with them here tonight and tell them that it’s a done deal.”

Cofer said he loved every aspect about his visit to UofA – especially the weather.
“It was great,” he said. “I was in short sleeves the whole time. I had to put my coat away until I got back home.”
Cofer said he was thinking about maybe taking his scheduled visit to New Mexico next weekend, but only if it’s all right with Arizona.
“If they say that you’re committed and can’t visit then I won’t,” he said. “I don’t want to ruin it.”
