Palmer playing the field

College Station (Texas) A&M Consolidated running back Daniel Palmer may still be holding just one scholarship offer, but the talented young man has his mind set on a few more.
Oklahoma State, Texas A&M, Kansas State, and Kansas are the schools showing interest with his first offer coming from UTEP. One school leads and some late camp plans make take place.

"UTEP is on top right now because, well, they're recruiting me the hardest and they're the only one that has offered me," Palmer said. "They're talking about an official visit during the season to watch them play."
Palmer says that he was trying to make it to the Baylor camp, but ran out of time and had a scheduling conflict.
"I don't know if I'm visiting anywhere else this summer," Palmer said. "I'm just hanging out right now and not getting too caught up in anything right now."
Palmer says that his teammate, Detron Lewis, is also keeping his options open. He plans to make it to the Texas A&M camp this month.
