Pagano talks about decision timeline

Scott Pagano has proven to be arguably the top player in Hawaii this recruiting cycle and his offer list continues to expand as top programs get involved.
Michigan and Boise State are the two latest offers for the 6-foot-3, 280-pound defensive tackle from Honolulu (Hawaii) Moanalua and he said the Wolverines are definitely among his favorites.

Pagano, rated as the No. 20 defensive tackle by Rivals.com with a good chance to move up in the next round of rankings, wouldn't say how high Michigan is on his list but there is definitely solid interest there.
"I've been talking to them for about a week," Pagano said. "They heard about me from the NFTC in Dallas and I was one of the top performers for the defensive line there. They watched my four-game film and they loved how I played. They offered me and they said they're going to come out in the spring to watch me.
"Right now, they're in a good position for me. I'm not going to say anything else about it but they're in a good spot for me."
Pagano has offers from major programs across the country and said he's receiving new interest from Baylor, Texas Tech, USC, Stanford, Illinois, UNLV and others.
The plan is to narrow his list by July and then have his decision made in early August unless programs are still getting involved. If that happens, then Pagano wants to take all five official visits and decide later on.
The process is still playing itself out.
"I'm just going to wait until the summer," Pagano said. "When July comes I'm going to make my list and then by August 10 I should have my decision.
"If people are still giving me offers after July then I'm going to take all five of my visits and then commit after all my visits."
