Padrick has a favorite
Port St. Lucie (Fla.) Centennial offensive center Jake Padrick had one of the top SPARQ ratings and one of the top performances at the Miami NIKE camp in April. He's already picked up two offers and is drawing the interest from others.
"Temple and Florida Atlantic are still the only schools that have offered me," Padrick said. "NC State, South Carolina, Air Force, Colorado State, Delaware, Western Kentucky, South Florida, Florida Atlantic and Temple have all called me this month."

The 6-foot-0, 281-pound attended the Miami NIKE camp where he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.96 seconds, the shuttle in 4.5 seconds, posted a 27-inch vertical jump and did 31 reps on the bench press.
"Right now South Carolina is my top school," Padrick said. "Those coaches stay in contact all the time, they call every week. I am keeping all of my options open right now to all of the schools that are recruiting me."
So far he hasn't set any official visits, but he has already taken in one game this year.
