Pac-12 team reaches out to Tucker

Olajuwon Tucker has had a big start to his senior season and now at least one more Pac-12 school is getting involved in his recruitment.
Washington State has recently reached out to the Gardena (Calif.) Serra three-star defensive end and there is definitely mutual interest.

"I'm hearing from a couple new schools actually," Tucker said. "I'm definitely hearing a lot from Washington State right now. USC and UCLA are evaluating me.
"They're trying to get me up there as soon as possible to check out the campus and to see a game. I'm not sure if they offered yet but I'm guessing so."
A trip to Pullman can happen soon for Tucker, rated as the No. 84 prospect in the California state rankings by Rivals.com.
There is also a connection to Washington State since a former Serra player is there and that could be a huge consideration as Tucker looks at his recruitment.
"I'm definitely trying to get up there," Tucker said. "Kache Palacio is already up there so I'm trying to take a visit up there as soon as possible.
"I'm kind of waiting on other trips. I have three in mind which are Miami, Utah and Washington State but I'm still waiting on my test scores."
So far, the Gardena Serra standout has been offered by Arizona State, Colorado State, Miami, San Diego State, San Jose State and Utah. No trips are expected until Tucker receives his latest batch of test scores.
