ARIZONA

“I’m loving (linebacker) Tony Fields right now. He’s one of those guys where you don’t really have to get on his case. You can get on his case on certain things, but a guy like that who could come in, he’s doing great things and you don’t have to tell him what to do. He’s doing everything perfectly. He’s got an attitude to him. It’s a good attitude, it’s a competitive attitude. I’m loving that. It’s going to make a big difference out there.” - DL Luca Bruno

CAL

“(Cornerback) Elijah Hicks is phenomenal. You’re talking about a young player who is so mature. The guy is always in the training room always taking care of his nicks and bruises. He’s focused on nutrition at a young age like that, doesn’t go out too much, (he's) focused on watching film, always on the field getting extra hard work. That guy is going to be scary." - DE James Looney

COLORADO

“Quarterback Tyler Lytle is doing his thing. Dante Sparaco on defense. There are a lot of talented freshmen who just came in, a lot of those receivers are talented. It’s going to be exciting. It’s going to be a fun year for all of us.” - RB Phillip Lindsay

OREGON STATE

“Those two guys on offense have stood out the most. (Wide receiver) Isiaiah (Hodgins) is big, he’s lanky, he’s fast, he definitely helps at wide receiver. Jake (Luton) has a cannon for an arm and I’m excited to see what he’s going to be able to do, how he’s going to be able to help us out.” - RB Ryan Nall

UCLA

Darnay (Holmes) is just, man, that Deion Sanders swagger. In spring ball, coach (Demetrice Martin) put him in with the ones and the first couple plays he was doing things you don’t see very often. He showed blitz when he was supposed to be covering. It’s natural to him very early. He’s a nasty, raw guy and I love his game. He’s only a baby, he’s a rookie, but he’s going to do great things.” - LB Kenny Young

WASHINGTON

“We really only had one early enrollee and that was Ty Jones at receiver. He came in and did a great job, went out there and competed. He talked about understanding there was a wide receiver position open, but really all the positions are open. Guys like him are showing up every day ready to compete. He feels comfortable competing with (everybody) to a certain extent before I have to calm him down, OK we don’t have pads yet. Other guys like Salvon Ahmed, Hunter Bryant, those guys come in too and are ready to compete. They’re hungry dudes.” - LB Keishawn Bierria
