Pac-12 commit taking more visits

Darius Allensworth remains committed to Arizona but upcoming visits could put even further pressure on the Wildcats as the Romoland (Calif.) Heritage three-star cornerback reviews his options.
The 5-foot-11, 175-pound prospect who's been committed to Arizona since April said he's going to Wisconsin from July 19-23 and then after that trip he could take an unofficial visit to Cal before his senior season.

Allensworth has been offered by the Badgers and Golden Bears and both could be important visits as his recruitment continues.
"It's going to be different at Wisconsin," Allensworth said.
"I'm really looking for a good environment. I've never been to Wisconsin so I don't know what to expect. I just want to go up there and see if it's a place I want to be for the next four years.
"Cal is a big offer. As far as my offers it's definitely top three because I like everything they have to offer. The education is great, you can't beat the education at Cal so you have that and it's like seven hours from my doorstep and still in California. It's an intriguing offer."
So far, Allensworth has been offered by Arizona, Cal, Colorado, UCLA, Utah, Washington State and Wisconsin.
He remains committed to the Wildcats but has made it no secret he plans to take other visits to see if he made the right decision.
"I'm still committed to Arizona but we're looking around a little bit," Allensworth said. "My commitment to Arizona is still there."
Rivals.com rates Allensworth as the No. 43 cornerback in the 2013 class and No. 41 in the California state rankings. He looked good at the recent Rivals100 Five-Star Challenge.
