Pac 10 teams jump in for LB

So far it's been a very productive summer for Los Gatos, Calif., linebacker Kiko Alonso. The 6-foot-3, 234-pounder recently picked up a scholarship offer from Utah, but that offer was then followed up by a Pac 10 offer earlier this week.
"We were just at Oregon," Alonso's father, Carlos, said. "We sat down with Mike Bellotti, and then got offered a full ride scholarship for the Ducks. Nick Aliotti is our lead recruiter, and Kiko definitely loved every minute up there."

But more good news could be on the way.
"WSU liked Kiko a lot," his father said. "He spent most of the camp with coach Leon Burtnett on the drills. He told Kiko he will ask Bill Doba to offer him a scholarship. Mike Walker is also our lead recruiter there."
Alonso is currently on campus in Washington. If the Huskies offer, that would make it a three for three trip to the Pacific Northwest.
"We are really having a great time," his father said. "When he puts the pads on these camps they really see the product. With all these offers we are now evaluating to commit later."
