New Kensington (Pa.) Valley wide receiver Toney Clemons is one of the top prospects in the Keystone state. Clemons plans to attend Ohio State's spring game this weekend.
"I went to Pitt's spring game," Clemons said. "I'm going to Ohio State's spring game Saturday. That will be my first time at Ohio State."
Clemons has also been to a couple junior days.

"I went to Pitt and Akron's junior days," he said.
Those two schools have offered Clemons a scholarship.
"I have four offers," he said. "Connecticut, Akron, Pitt and Ole Miss have offered.
"I'm interested in Pitt, Ole Miss, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Michigan, Penn State, Miami, Florida, Florida State and some others. I'm wide open right now."
The 6-foot-3 and 205-pound Clemons has been a varsity starter at wide receiver and free safety since his freshman year. Clemons has also returned kicks since his 9th grade season.
Clemons caught 39 passes for 666 yards during his junior season. He averaged 17.1 per reception and scored eight times through the air. Clemons also scored five times on kickoff returns and has six career interceptions.
