PA sleeper waits for more offers

Offensive tackle Zac Kasparek holds a few offers from the Big East and MAC conferences. The 6-foot-6, 299-pounder out of New Brighton, Pa. is looking for more offers and took a visit to another school in the Big East in hopes of improving his chances.
"I went to Syracuse in late July and it was very nice," he said. "They just got done remodeling things on campus and it was all very impressive. I was able to meet coach Robinson and talk to him for a bit and then I toured the weight room and facilities.

"Later on my trip, I spent time with Greg Robinson's son to look at film. After that, the coaches talked to me for a bit and thing that stood out was that they said on the recruiting board they have I'm very high."
As for an offer, Syracuse still hasn't given one to Kasparek.
"They talked about it, but didn't offer," he said. "I think they are very close to offering and really like me. I'll probably get one from them real soon and if I do they would be very high up for me."
At the moment, the Pennsylvania lineman holds offers from Akron, Cincinnati and Marshall. Dos he have any favorites?
"I'm not cutting down my list yet and I plan to take my visits this fall and after the season," he said. "I'm still hearing from a lot of other schools that plan to get back to me about an offer after they see my film on the first few games of the season. Schools in that list include Pittsburgh, West Virginia, Colorado, Nebraska, Toledo and Ohio State."
The two-star prospect earned all-conference honors last season for his team.
