PA RB has been to Penn State

Brent Carter is a standout running back out of Pennsylvania in 2006. He's already been to Penn State for an unofficial visit. Do the Nittany Lions lead?
The 6-foot-3, 190-pounder out of Pottstown (Pa.) Pottsgrove helped the school to a 7-4 record as he ran for 1,200 yards and 17 touchdowns in just seven games.

That's because the running back was out for four games due to an ankle injury, but that didn't keep him from receiving some awards. He was happy with his team's play.
"The team performed really well," he said. "I just wish I could have been there for all the games."
Carter has already received some interest from major college programs too; he's gotten mail from Penn State, Maryland, Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan and Purdue. He is looking for a school with a solid business program as well as a good football team.
Of the schools he's seen interest from, he's already been to Penn State.
"It has a great campus and I really enjoyed the game when I was there."
This summer Carter is still up in the air on what camps he'll attend.
