Junior to Watch: Terrence Shawell
School: Pottstown, Pa.

Position: Quarterback
Size and speed: Shawell stands 6-foot-4 and weighs 190 pounds. He runs the 40-yard dash in 4.75 seconds and bench presses 230 pounds.
Statistics: Shawell threw for 1,600 yards and 17 touchdowns as a junior and ran for 600 yards more.
Honors: All-area, all-league.
Favorite Schools: Purdue, Virginia, Penn State, Iowa, Rutgers, Wisconsin.
Skinny: Shawell is one of the top quarterbacks in Pennsylvania this season. He has a strong arm and can move around the pocket effectively. Shawell is also dangerous when tucking the ball and scrambling.
“I don’t have any offers yet, but I like the fact that all my favorites can throw the ball out of different formations,” he said. “They can all do multiple things on offense.”
Shawell will camp at Penn State and would like to make his decision before the summer ends if possible.
