PA end will make early decision
Defensive end Myles Caragein out of Pittsburgh (Pa.) Keystone Oaks has eight scholarship offers. Who does the 6-foot-3, 260-pounder hold them from and does he have any early favorites.
"I've got offers from Northwestern, Pittsburgh, North Carolina State, Indiana, Syracuse, Miami (Ohio), Akron and Temple," he said. "I don't really have any favorites. My plan is to go to camps and combines at all these schools over the next couple months to see how many offers I can get. I'll probably take a few more visits this summer and then make my decision sometime before the season starts. I'm about 99% sure I'm going to do it before the season just in case anything happens to me during the season."

With so many options on the table already, what is Caragein looking for out of a college?
"I want somewhere that has good academics, that is my first priority," he said. "I also want to know what the campus is like and how the football team is. I want a team I can fit in with and I don't care how far away the school is."
This spring the defensive end prospect has a few combines scheduled including the Nike Camp at Ohio State, Adidas camp, Metro Index combine and a combine at West Virginia.
Caragein recorded 68 tackles, 14 for loss, eight sacks and two broken passes last season. He finished the year with all-conference honors.
