Cornerback Reggie Owens out of Virginia Beach (Va.) Ocean Lakes is focused on three schools. Who is the 6-foot-0, 188-pounder targeting?
"I think it's East Carolina, Duke and Marshall," Ocean Lakes head coach Chris Scott said of Owens. "He'd like to set up some official visits early on in the season. He's in the process of trying to set those up."
Owens is high on all three schools according to Scott.

"I think he just really loves the honesty and excitement around the Duke program that Coach Cutcliffe has established. They were first on him and have always been on him," he said. "East Carolina has excitement with the turnover there and they are an established program. Then, Coach Ratliff and Coach Holliday at Marshall are doing a great job recruiting him.
"All three programs are on the rise and have done a good job recruiting him. He just wants a chance to check them out to see where he has a chance to play, fit in best and academically it fits best for him too."
The visits will be crucial in Owens decision.
"He just wants to go on these visits to make sure he's making the right decision. He just wants to take these visits to sort through some things."
