Outlaw names favorite

Interest is continuing to pick up for Deep Run (N.C.) South Lenoir safety Quan Outlaw. The 6-foot-2, 205-pounder is getting looks from schools around the region. Is anyone standing out at this time?
"I'm getting interest from East Carolina, NC State, North Carolina and Marshall mainly," he said. "I'd say East Carolina is sticking out to me.

"I like that they are so close to home and the program is a good one too. They've come from a long ways and continue to be improving."
Although the Pirates lead, Outlaw is looking around and discussed what he wants in a college.
"Mainly I'm looking for a good environment and solid academics," he stated. "I don't think location really matter, but I'd like to stay in my home state if I could."
Outlaw plans to attend the Nike Camp at Athens later this month. He's also looking at going to the East Carolina summer camp in June.
Outlaw registered 75 tackles, three sacks and two interceptions on his way to all-conference and all-area honors.
