OT White makes a change

Back in October, Salisbury (Md.) Wicomico offensive tackle Josh White committed to Temple. Since his pledge, a few schools have come calling and the 6-foot-4, 281-pounder has been listening. Is he still committed to the Owls?
"I'm actually committed to Syracuse now," he said. "I committed to coach Earley yesterday. He came down with Desmond Robinson to visit with me, they started to talk about the numbers and competition at Syracuse and that's when I told them I was committing. Both of them were ecstatic and talked about how they're getting all these good players."

In early December, Syracuse offered the two-star lineman.
"As for Syracuse, I found the right spot for me. I got a good feeling when I visited there and really the thing that made them stick out was the players. The coaching staff and team have the same mindset and goals. They turned me on, by talking about how they're going to win bowl games and be competitive."
The coaches didn't hurt White's feeling about the Orangemen either.
"I really like coach Robinson," he said. "He's a great coach that is smart."
White is convinced he'll redshirting his first year at Syracuse.
