OT Smith lands new offer

Four-star offensive tackle Donovan Smith continues to pick up offers. The latest for the Owings Mills, Md. prospect comes from the ACC.
"I picked an offer up from North Carolina today," he said. "I had a feeling they would offer after that camp, they said they offer and they kept their word."

What does Smith think about the Tar Heels?
"It's a big offer, but every offer is big for me," he said. "I'm going to look into all the programs more to find the best fit for me for the next four to five years of my life.
"I'm definitely considering North Carolina. The time I was there they showed me a lot of love. I spent three hours there and had time with Coach Pittman. He looked at my tape and we bonded."
Smith claims another school is starting to move in and may offer too in Auburn.
"They are getting in contact with me, that's about it right now."
As offers continue to roll in, is that delaying Smith's plan to narrow his list?
"I'm still thinking about cutting my list in August," he said. "As soon as I thought it was easy I get more offers. I'm taking it day by day, it may have some impact on cutting my list, but I don't see it delaying it."
Smith wraps up summer visits with an unofficial to Penn State tomorrow.
