OT Senior takes official to the SEC

Offers are rising for Chatham (Va.) Hargrave Military Academy offensive tackle Justin Senior. A major scholarship offer came in on Sunday for the 6-foot-6, 300-pounder according to his coach.
"He got an offer from Mississippi State, he got it on Sunday," Hargrave head coach Troy Davis said. "I talked to him just briefly about it and he was excited. This whole recruiting thing is kind of foreign to him, he's a really humble kid."

What did Mississippi State say?
"Their coaches were impressed with his upside and he took a visit down there this past weekend and they liked his upside a lot," he said. "He had offers from Bethune-Cookman, Delaware State, Memphis and Bowling Green. He just came back and I think he's close to deciding."
Senior is just 17-years old out of Canada.
"He graduated a year early cause he's from Canada, but he is a prep student," he said. "He has a long wingspan and has great upside.
"With him, he's very aggressive and kind of relentless. He wants to learn and wants to get better. His run blocking is very good."
While Senior is impressive on the field, Davis spoke even higher off of it.
"Academically, he's a smart kid with a 3.2 GPA and 1120 on the SAT. He wants to be a doctor," he said. "I tell you, when colleges came through and extended visits, he was too busy retaking the SAT and ACT and he didn't even need to. He just wanted to do it to improve his score."
Senior is expected to decide soon as he is planning to enroll in January.
