Ruckdashel talked about landing an offer from the in-state Gophers.
"I really am excited about getting an offer from the Gophers. As an in-state player, it's a real compliment to draw recruiting interest and an offer from the U. I really like the staff at the U, and overall I was impressed with the way the camp was run and organized. I'm very familiar with the football program as well as with the academics at the U, and I'm excited about getting an offer from Minnesota."
Ruckdashel will continue his summer camp tour this Thursday.
"I'm going to a one-day camp at Wisconsin on Thursday. I'm also planning to attend a one-day camp at Michigan State in July. I'm just going to keep working hard this summer, and then once the camps are over with I'll start to look at favorite schools and things like that."
Ryan Ruckdashel has scholarship offers from Wisconsin, Iowa State, Northern Illinois University and Ball State University.
