OSU, UofA first to call three-star OG

Spring (Texas) Westfield offensive guard Jeray Chatham has been sitting by the phone most of the day and so far he’s landed calls from two schools. But the question is – what two schools?
“So far it’s just been Oklahoma State and Arizona,” Chatham, a three-star guard that is 6-foot-4 and 265 pounds, said. “I got to talk to the offensive line coaches at both schools and they were talking to me about where I stand on their lists. They both said that I was the No. 1 guard on their board. That was kind of cool to hear.”

So were either schools talking to him about an official visit or even an early commitment?
“Nah, they were really just talking to me about where I stood,” he said. “They really didn’t talk to me about committing or anything. They both want me to visit, though, but nothing has been set in stone.”
Chatham said he’s very “undecided” about what school he likes best. He also continues to list Iowa State, Miami and Colorado to go along with Arizona and Oklahoma State. He has offers from all but Miami at this point.
“Miami sent me a letter and said they’re just waiting on my test scores,” he said. “I hope to hear from all of those schools and maybe a few more here soon.”
