OSU pledge making big plays

Houston Cy Falls three-star safety Andre Sexton is making big plays for his team on both sides on defense, but it really seems like impact plays on special teams has become his forte.
“I had two touchdowns (Saturday) night,” Sexton, who is 6-foot and 189 pounds, said.

“I blocked a punt, recovered it and returned it for a touchdown, and then I had a kickoff return for a score. They pooched it to me, and I took it 70 yards for the score.”
Sexton, ranked as the nation’s No. 36 safety, committed early in the recruiting process to Oklahoma State over offers from Colorado State, Houston, Tulane, Utah, Vanderbilt and Wisconsin. He said he remains a solid pledge to the Cowboys.
“You bet, I’m still committed,” he said. “With the way they’re playing, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I don’t even answer the phone if anybody else calls me. I’m going to take my official visit up there in December some time.”
