Quarterback Joe Bauserman has committed to Ohio State according to Tony Collins, an assistant coach at Tallahasse (Fla.) Lincoln.
Bauserman will likely be a gray shirt in the fall of 2004, then go on scholarship in January of 2005. Bauserman had scholarship offers from Ohio State, Clemson, Louisville, and others before selecting the Buckeyes.
The 6-foot-2 and 225 pounder from Tallahassee (Fla.) Lincoln passed for 3004 yards during his junior season. Bauserman connected for 26 touchdowns. He also has a 90 mph fastball in baseball. Bauserman has a 3.5 GPA and scored a 930 on the SAT.

Bauserman's aunt worked at Ohio State and still lives in Columbus. His grandmother use to live in Columbus.
