OSU is first for Trice

Killeen (Texas) Harker Heights wide receiver Nick Trice had received tons of letters from Oklahoma State, he figured a scholarship offer was coming any day. Just recently, the 6-foot-2, 183-pound prospect got what he was looking for.
Oklahoma State became his first official offer this past week and now Trice is looking for more with heavy interest coming in a similar way from numerous schools across the country. Trice even has a top five in order.

"Yeah, Oklahoma State came through and that was real good," Trice said. "They were recruiting me pretty hard I guess so I kind of expected it. The letters kind of said it in so many words that one was coming.
"I'm real interested in them. They're in my top group."
That top group also includes teams like California, North Carolina, Penn State, and Florida State. Any number of teams could offer next.
"Duke has been sending that heavy mail too lately and so has Arizona State," Trice said. "UNC and Texas Tech are also sending a lot."
Trice says right now heads just training hard for the NIKE Training Camp in College Station on April 22.
