Orsino has opportunities

Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Westminster Academy wide receiver Josh Orsino finished his senior season with 85 receptions, 1739 receiving yards, and 17 receiving touchdowns. That has helped the 6-foot-1, 190-pound wide receiver draw significant interest and some offers.
"As of this week, Josh has a preferred walk-on at Alabama," Westminster Academy head coach Greg Estep said.

While he has an opportunity to walk-on at one of the nation's top programs, he also has numerous scholarship offers on the table.
"Josh also has a full scholarship offer to North Dakota State, South Dakota, South Dakota State, Western Illinois and Indiana State," Estep said. "(He) also has offers to play football at Lehigh, Holy Cross, Bucknell and Drake next year."
A number of other programs continue to show interest and evaluate him.
"Illinois, Buffalo, Ball State, Eastern Michigan, University of Northern Iowa, Towson and New Hampshire are also interested in him," Estep said.
While Orsino's high school season is over, he will be participating in a pair of South Florida All-Star events over the next month.
"As the top receiver in Broward and Dade County, Josh has been invited to play in the Nike All Star Game on December 23 and the Miami Dolphin UnderArmour All Star Game on January 13," Estep said.
As a junior, Orsino had 1,360 receiving yards and 22 touchdown receptions.
