Orlando lineman with four offers

Junior James Hamilton of Orlando (Fla.) Olympia is quietly becoming one of the fastest rising offensive line prospects in the Sunshine State. Previously holding two offers, Hamilton added two more recently, and may have a few more on the way.
Helping Hamilton in the early stages of his recruitment is a teammate and family member.

"Recruiting is going real good," said Hamilton, who is currently 6-foot-4 and 325 pounds. "My cousin, Corian Hamilton, is helping me out with some things and letting me know what I need for my recruiting process."
Hamilton and his cousin have been busy thus far, as the big lineman is beginning to pile up the offers.
"I have four offers so far that I know of and Coach Head said that I got a few more, but I don't know yet from who," said Hamilton. "I'm not really worried about it. I'm just worried about the season and whatever comes, comes."
The four offers that Hamilton knows about at this time are from Purdue, Syracuse, Illinois and Florida Atlantic. During the summer he also attended a camp at Central Florida, and he is looking to take a visit to South Carolina later this year with teammate and Gamecock commit, Deon Green.
While it is early in his process, he already knows about a few things he will be looking for in a school.
"Well first education is the most important thing, but I'm looking for a school where I fit in, that I want to be at for the next four years of my life, and I'm also looking for a great coaching staff," said Hamilton. "Then I'm looking for a school that is known for putting offensive linemen in the Pro's and the last thing is location."
On the field at Olympia, Hamilton is seeing playing time all over the line.
"Well right now I play offensive tackle, but most colleges are looking at me for guard or center, because I can snap too," said Hamilton. "Then on defense I get in at nose guard on goal line and short yardage plays."
Finally, Hamilton gave an update of the season so far for both him and the team.
"The season is going real good," said Hamilton. "I'm coming off of my best performance last week so I feel good about our game tomorrow. The team is doing good. We are coming together as a family and playing great football."
