Oregon State moves way up for three-star OL

Joshua Gray took his official visit to Oregon State this past weekend.

It was an important trip for the three-star offensive lineman from Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., because the Beavers have emerged as one of the frontrunners in his recruitment.

After seeing everything Oregon State has to offer, it could be tough to beat.

“I had a great weekend and loved Corvallis,” Gray said.

“The coaches there are great and all the people of the town are very friendly. The whole town just feels like home and the Beavers are definitely very high on my recruiting list.”

As for an upcoming decision, the three-star prospect is looking at one more official visit and then he could make his commitment leading up to National Signing Day. He's unsure of the destination at this point.

“I only have one more to take so I’ll have to really think about it,” Gray said.

So far, the Rancho Cucamonga standout has taken visits to Oregon State, San Diego State, Arizona and Hawaii.

With one visit remaining, Gray said the Beavers have captured his attention most.

“I’d say they’re my top school,” Gray said.
