One more visit to go, for four-star

Four-star linebacker Josh Shirley (6-2, 225, 4.53) from Fontana (Calif.) Kaiser has one more visit to go and then it will be decision time. He recently took an official visit to USC and will visit Miami this coming weekend.
"My trip to USC was good," Shirley said. "I was mostly with the coaches and meeting them. Seeing what they are all about and talk to Coach O (Ed Orgeron).

"The new coaching staff at USC are down to earth," Shirley said. "I like Coach O and how he operates and with coaches Lane Kiffin and Monte Kiffin, you can't get any better. USC wants me to play Will.
Though Shirley had a good trip, he wasn't tempted to commit.
"I go to Miami for an official visit next weekend," Shirley said. "Then I'll make my decision on Fox. I will decide between Washington, USC, Arizona and Miami.
What does Shirley like about Miami, Arizona and Washington?
"I want to go to Miami and check it out and see for myself," Shirley said. "I want to get a more in depth look at Miami.
Shirley had an in-house with Coach Randy Shannon.
"I would say that he is a very structured man," Shirley said. "He has a lot of structure and I like that about him.
"At Arizona, Coach Tim Kish is a great guy," Shirley said. "You can sit and talk with him and all the coaches and Coach Mike Stoops, I just feel comfortable with Arizona.
"At UDub, oh man, you have Coach Sark (Steve Sarkisian) and Coach Holt (Nick Holt)," Shirley said. "They come from USC, but Coach Holt, he's a monster."
Shirley earned a spot on the Rivals.com Rivals250 for the class of 2010 landing as the nation's 137 prospect at any position. He was also selected to the Rivals.com California Top 100 team and was ranked as the Golden State's No. 19 prospect at any position.
