Omotosho narrowing focus

Plano (Texas) East wide receiver Adewale Omotosho named a preseason top 10 list and he continues to look at his options. He does have plans to name a narrowed list, and he is looking at a few schools as potential official visit possibilities.

THE LATEST: Omotosho released a top 10 list of Arkansas, Cal, Maryland, Oklahoma State, Oklahoma, SMU, Texas Tech, UCLA, Utah, and Washington before the start of his senior season. He also mentioned BYU, Houston, UCF, and Purdue as "still in it." He knows he wants to take official visits to UCLA and Cal, but he does not have dates set for either right now. He also knows he wants to attend the Oklahoma State vs. Oklahoma game, but he does not know if he will take an official visit on that weekend. He did take an unofficial visit to TCU for the Horned Frogs' match-up with Texas, and TCU has come from off his list to make a strong push up his list. He plans to release a narrowed list of top schools in a couple of weeks on his Twitter account.
IN HIS WORDS: "Just getting these officials scheduled and trying to figure out what schools exactly I plan to take officials to and narrowing down to the final decision."
RIVALS' REACTION: His narrowed list will come out in a few weeks and Cal, UCLA, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State are a few schools who look prime to make his next round of cuts. TCU is also making a really strong push after not making his initial top 10.
